At APERÇU Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your frames. If you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn eyewear in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the frames, protective case, and cleaning cloth back into the original branded box to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned eyewear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
